Does FedEx 2Day mean I receive my books two days after ordering?: FedEx 2Day covers transit after your books are printed and bound. Same-file reorders take an estimated 7–10 business days in total after final file approval and payment. First projects with physical proofs take about 4–5 weeks with prompt approvals.
Will 100 copies take longer than 10 copies?: The current estimates are the same for every listed quantity from 1 to 100 copies. We confirm the expected arrival window for your quantity and destination before payment. Larger or custom runs need a separate estimate.
Do I pay the setup fee again when I reorder?: No. Reorders of the same file are charged print pricing only.
Can I check a printed sample before the full run?: Yes. Your setup includes one paperback and one coil-bound proof, delivered by FedEx 2Day. We print your full run after you approve the proofs. Any previously paid proof charge is credited toward setup.
Is sales tax included?: Sales tax is extra. Your final quote shows the applicable tax and total before payment.
Can you ship to more than one address?: Yes. Each additional address is quoted separately, since shipping is priced per destination.
What do you need from me to start?: Your current manuscript in any editable format, your logo, and the shipping address. We take it from there.
